كيف نتعامل مع بياناتك
دور يحجز لك مكانًا في الدور من هاتفك. نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات، ونحذفها كل ليلة.
ما الذي نحفظه
- اسمك الأول: ليناديك به المكان.
- رقم واتساب (اختياري، وبموافقتك فقط): ليراسلك المكان من واتساب الخاص به إذا لم تصلك الإشعارات.
- عنوان الإشعارات إذا سمحت بها: عنوان يعطيه متصفحك لنرسل لك تنبيه دورك. لا يكشف هويتك.
- رمز عشوائي على هاتفك: حتى لا يُحجز أكثر من مكان من نفس الهاتف.
- عنوان الشبكة: نعدّ الحجوزات من كل شبكة لمدة ساعة فقط لمنع العبث.
من يراها
- موظفو المكان فقط يرون اسمك ورقمك على لوحة التحكم المحمية برمز سري.
- يحتفظ جهاز الشباك الرئيسي في المكان بنسخة من طابور اليوم ليستمر العمل إذا انقطعت الخدمة، وتُحذف عند فتح لوحة التحكم بعد انتهاء ذلك اليوم.
- شاشة التلفاز تعرض الأرقام فقط، بدون أسماء.
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة أخرى، ولا نستخدم إعلانات أو أدوات تتبّع.
مدة الاحتفاظ
تُحذف كل بيانات الدور (الأسماء والأرقام وعناوين الإشعارات) تلقائيًا كل ليلة بعد منتصف الليل. نحتفظ فقط بإحصاءات يومية بلا أسماء، مثل عدد من خُدموا.
حقوقك
يمكنك ترك الدور في أي وقت من صفحتك، فيتوقف استخدام بياناتك ثم تُحذف في الليلة نفسها. لأي سؤال عن بياناتك، اسأل موظفي المكان.
أين تُحفظ
على خوادم Cloudflare، وتُنقل دائمًا عبر اتصال مشفّر.
How we handle your data
Dor holds your place in line from your phone. We keep as little as possible, and delete it every night.
What we keep
- Your first name, so the shop can call you.
- A WhatsApp number (optional, and only with your consent), so the shop can message you from its own WhatsApp if notifications don’t reach you.
- A notification address if you allow notifications: an address your browser gives us to send your turn alert. It doesn’t identify you.
- A random code on your phone, so one phone can’t hold several places.
- Your network address: we count bookings per network for one hour only, to stop abuse.
Who sees it
- Only the shop’s staff see your name and number, on a dashboard protected by a PIN.
- The shop’s main counter device keeps a copy of today’s queue, so it can keep working if the service goes down. It’s deleted the next time the dashboard opens after that day.
- The TV screen shows numbers only, never names.
- We don’t sell or share your data with anyone, and there are no ads or trackers.
How long
All queue data (names, numbers and notification addresses) is deleted automatically every night after midnight. We keep only daily totals without names, such as how many people were served.
Your rights
You can leave the queue at any time from your page; your data stops being used and is deleted that night. For any question about your data, ask the shop’s staff.
Where it’s stored
On Cloudflare’s servers, always sent over an encrypted connection.
